License File not accepted
Hi,
I'm having problems with an SBS Instalation we inherited as a support client.
The installation appears to have lost the License keys, and will not accept them when trying to re-add them.
"Code: 18,022,411(0x113000B)
LineInfo: 0x1BF9AE41893052F3;
Message: Failed to import the license key.
Code: 18,022,409(0x1130009)
LineInfo: 0x62D160307CD0D02E;
Message: Failed to add the license key."
I have re-downloaded the serial text files - but get the same error message. The KB doesn't come up with anything worthwhile ....
Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server SBS Edition + Univesal Restore (Invalid)
I have restarted the Acronis Managed Machine Service etc but no joy.
Any help would be appreiciated.

Hello Charles,
Thank you for your posting! To be able to activate the Upgrade serial number of Acronis True Image 2018, you'll need to have Seagate DiscWizard installed and activated on your PC. See https://kb.acronis.com/content/1836 more more information.
If the issue persist, please send Acronis system report from your PC for investigation. In Acronis True Image 2018 choose to start a trial period (to access the menu pane). Then send us a feedback with Acronis system report as described here.
