Loading Acronis from boot disk

When I load Acronis from the boot disk the screens appear in different shades of grey and orange and are almost impossible to read. I have a Dell E773c Monitor on my Dell Dimension 3000 PC. Changing  the settings on the monitor does not make it any better.

Anyone have a solution?

Have you tried any different resolutions? This is fairly easy if you're using TI 2010 or B&R 10.

Using ATI 2009 tried every selection I could find on monitor menu that deals with color

You would need to try changing the resolution via the alternate loader (ISOLINUX) version of TI.
