No Volumes Listed for Linux Client, Acronis Backup and Recovery 10

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I'm trying to backup from a Linux agent. While trying to set the backup up after connecting to the remote Linux box, no volumes show up at all.

I noticed in the logs for this machine, I keep getting "authentication failed" which doesn't make too much sense... the username and password work and let me log in to view the settings for the client, but then apparently it fails?

Not sure what to do.

The volumes are not shown because most likely there is a problem with the SnapApi component which is responsible for disk operations. As for the "authentication failed" message, it is not clear yet what causes it.
