Online vault won't show Free Space: shows "Loading..." forever
I'm trying out the ABR11 Online trial.
* ABR 11.0.17440 is installed on a 2008R2 Standard domain-based server.
* Within ABR, I have created the online vault successfully using my credentials.
* I can confirm via the web login (same credentials) that my used quota is: 0 MB / 2097152 MB
There is no AV software on this server, Windows firewall is disabled, and this server has complete outbound access through the perimeter firewall.
Problem: When I attempt to "Backup Now" and choose the online backup location or simply view the Vault, I get a "Loading..." message with the spinning indicator and it stays like that indefinitely, so that I cannot proceed.

While the program is attempting to get the Free Space of the online vault, I found that the Application Log was getting a series of events of this type:

To close the loop on this thread, the problem turned out to be a misconfigured rule on our perimeter firewall which prevented proper outbound access to the Acronis Online servers. Doh!
