Ok, I bought this product because it said from novice to advanced. I'm a novice and find the product completely over my head at this point, unclear and excessively detailed. All I want to do it ghost my operating system and some installed programs for backup in case I get a crashing virus. Can anyone direct me to the simple, novice-oriented instructions for that? At this point it almost seems easier to return the product if I can do that. I'd appreciate any suggestions and help.
