A problem: backup plan is invisible

Hi!
I've got the Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Server Standard installed.
At any time the backup plan on this machine became invisible, but all tasks are running successfully as scheduled.
But because i don't see the plan I can't edit it (((
May I return the visibility to the backup plan?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Forum.

Could you please check if you are using the Standalone version of our software or the advanced version, which can be used to connect to remote agents.

On that machine where the backups are scheduled, please use Acronis Scheduler Manager to check for existing tasks.

If for some reasons the backup tasks disappear from the program GUI, you can delete them using the above method and recreate them from scratch.

There is no another solution with exception to delete problem task and recreate it, isn't right?

It is possible that some third party application conflicts with our software. We have a similar issue with Kaspersky for example, you can read more about it here.

Hi,

we do not use Kaspersky and i can't explain what kind of conflict we've got here.

On other machines with the same configuration it's working properly without any problem.

With Your solution i could delete the task and i create it after.
