Problem with backuping an Red Head 5 with Logical Volume (ErrorCode: 70021)

I have an Red Head 5 with 2 HDDs combined to an Logical Volume.

If i start the Backup, at 80 - 95 % there comes an Error:

Unable to create volume snapshot..

And the Backup is abort.

What can I do?

When I try to backup every HDD and partition single, than it works.

But I need to backup the Logical Volume!!
