Problem instace policy record not found

Thread needs solution

We have a problem at one custumer with Acronis Backup+Recovery for workstation. The daily backup is running fine on every workstation, the problem ist a message on the AMS Server with one target. Every few second a message "instance policy record not found" ist written to the log, wich contains meanwhile about 500K messages. Removing the Target from AMS und reinsert didnt solve the problem.
someone any ideas?

I am very sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not have any reported problems such as this one. The latest build of our software is 11639, any chance your customer is running an older build?

The fastest way to resolve this in my opinion, would be to contact our support directly with the following information.

1. A brief description of your backup environment.

2. AcronisInfo reports from the target and the AMS machines.
