problem to start my backup
I tried to backup up my server with the standard version.
My server is a MSSQL server but i don't want to save the database;
So I selected all disk and make exception in the strategy to exclude .bcK, .mdf, .ldf.
The job never work correctly and my datastore stay to 0 .
My error log is :

Very geherte ladies and gentlemen,
We have also described the problme above, and do not know how are we supposed to get a Grief.
Acronis is a case already on .... since 08.2009
sometimes we try to install the old version (1133)
what can we do?

- Do you receive any error? If yes, please give us the full error message
- Have you tried to enable/turn off VSS or use batch files?
- Could you please provide us with the exact sequence of actions that lead to the problem you report, so that we can reproduce it?
- Please send us Acronis Info from the machine in question so that we could check product's and system state

Hallo liebes Team,
wir haben den VSS ohne und mit versucht aber keine besserung, und die version 11133 geht auch nicht
das ist die call nummer :
[00565308] "%1 ist keine zulässige Win32-Anwendung" [ ref:00D3Zcb.50058bL8M:ref ]
wir haben auch Acronis 1000 mal de installiert und installiert es geht nicht ab der version 11345,.
die Files habe ich vor paar tagen geschickt, aber keiner kann uns helfen.
Wir haben Acronis gebeten einen Entwickler sich mal die sache anschauen sollte aber da kamm keine reaktion.
Für eine schnelle hilfe wäre ich ihnen Dankbar

We are currently working to determine the cause of this issue, but most likely, it is caused by traces of old Acronis users remaining after installing one of our older builds. Please use this Knowledge Base article for a solution.

Das Verhalten der Software wurde inzwischen analysiert und die Ursache wurde erkannt.
Bitte überprüfen Sie zunächst, ob folgende DLL-Dateien die Versionsnummer 11639 haben. Ist dies nicht der Fall, so löschen Sie die Dateien bitte und führen Sie eine Reparatur-Installation durch:
C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\Acronis\VirtualWare\hv_srv.dll
C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\Acronis\VirtualWare\ms_srv.dll
C:\Programme\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\VMBackupPolicyAddon.dll
Als Workaround für das Problem können Sie wie folgt vorgehen:
1. Kopieren Sie die Datei C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\Acronis\BackupAndRecoveryAgent\BackupAndRecoveryService.exe nach C:\AcronisTemp\ (oder einem anderen Verzeichnis, in dessen Verzeichnisbaum kein Leerzeichen enthalten ist).
2. Rufen Sie die Registry mit "regedit" auf und editieren Sie folgenden Wert:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Acronis\Schedule2\Substitute\
Suchen Sie dort den Wert "BackupAndRecoveryService" und passen Sie den Pfad entsprechend den Änderungen unter 1. an (z.B. C:\AcronisTemp\BackupAndRecoveryService.exe )
3. Starten Sie den Dienst "Acronis Managed Machine Service" neu und überprüfen Sie, ob das Problem behoben ist.

As a workaround for the problem you can proceed as follows:
1st Copy the file C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Acronis \ BackupAndRecoveryAgent \ BackupAndRecoveryService.exe to C: \ AcronisTemp \ (or another directory that is included in the directory tree, no spaces).
2nd Access the registry with "regedit" on and edit the following value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Acronis \ Schedule2 substitutes \ \
Find the value there, "BackupAndRecoveryService" and adjust the location according to changes in first (eg C: \ AcronisTemp \ BackupAndRecoveryService.exe)
3rd Start the service "Acronis Managed Service Machine" new and see if the problem is resolved.
