Problema al recuperar volúmenes (problem retrieving volumes)

I have "Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Server for Windows Bundle with".
I have also "Included Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Universal Restore for Server AAP Inc. SP".
After backing up every day, I'm trying to get my server on another computer but I get the following error:
- "It is to recover the system volume on the dynamic disk. In this case the system may fail to start. Are you sure you want to continue?"
I do not know how to solve. Clicking on "Yes", I get another error saying:
- "Active Restore is disabled because the source disk has just been installed. Restart the computer and restart the recovery."
I've rebooted 20 or 30 times and still the same.
No documentation about it and continue with my server dropped. What I can do? What is the use the tool?

Después de crear copias de seguridad diariamente, estoy intentando recuperar mi server en otro equipo pero me sale el siguiente error:
- "Está por recuperar el volumen del sistema en el disco dinámico. En este caso es posible que el sistema no pueda iniciarse. ¿está seguro de que desea continuar?"
No se porqué sale este error ni cómo se soluciona. Al presionar en SI me sale otro error que dice:
- "Active Restore está deshabilitado porque el disco de origen recién se ha instalado. Reinicie el equipo y reinicie la recuperación."
Ya he reiniciado 20 veces y sigue igual.
No hay documentación al respecto y sigo con mi server caido. ¿Que puedo hacer? ¿Para que sirve entonces su herramienta?

The source computer are dinamics Volumens. The target computer is empty.
I can not restore because the Acronis said:
- "It is to recover the system volume on the dynamic disk. In this case the system may fail to start. Are you sure you want to continue?"
When The restore ended, the new computer did not started Windows.
It was as if the computer had no operating system.
Why the software does not create the volumes?
Is the software useless??
I hope not, but I think so.
This warning should appear only if target disk is dynamic ( may be empty, but dynamic). Try to convert it to basic in 'Disk Management' tool of ABR10, then restore the volume and MBR from backup onto this disk (will be recovered as basic volume) , then if you need it to be dynamic, convert it to dynamic using windows diskpart.
*edited - before restoring, create a partition of required size using the same 'Disk Management'.
