Problème acronis et sauvegarde en SFTP

Bonjour,

Nosu rencontrons des problèmes de sauvegarde vers un serveur SFTP externe.
Nous disposons de l'édition Acronis BAckup and Recovery 11 for Server Windows

Hello David,

Thank you for posting. I will be glad to assist you with this issue. Please note that the communication on this forum is only in English.

The log file you have provided contains the error upon the partition snapshot creation and is not connected to the SFTP-destination. Backup to a local folder should fail with the same error.

Please check the following, in order to get closer to the cause of the issue and resolve it.

  1. If in the backup plan - backup options the Volume Shadow Copy option is set to "Do not use VSS", than the issue is with the Acronis SnapAPI drivers and I recommend you to install the latest update of the software where there are no such known issues with the drivers: [[Installation of the Latest Update of an Acronis Product]]. As a workaround, swith the VSS on and set it to Software - System provider: [[Acronis Backup & Recovery 11: Using Microsoft VSS instead of Acronis VSS]].
  2. If the Volume Shadow Copy option is set to "Acronis VSS Provider", then the issue is either in Acronis VSS Provider or in Acronis SnapAPI drivers and the update is again recommended. To workaround the issue switch to Microsoft VSS Provider.
  3. In case the Microsoft VSS Provider is used and the backup fails, it means that Microsoft VSS Service fails to create the backup with the native service provider. Please check that Microsoft VSS works correctly: create a Windows native backup with VSS option on. As a workaround you can turn off the VSS option and create the backup with Acronis SnapAPI drivers.

Please note that if VSS option is not used, the databases installed on the machine will be backed up in an inconsistent state. Follow this article to back them up correctly: [[Using Batch Files in Acronis True Image]].

If none of the proposed solutions helped, please export the backup plan, collect Windows Application Logs and [[VSS Log Files]] and attach these to this thread.
