Problems with On line back up

Thread needs solution

Keen to try this product and registerd for trial

Installed software and tried to use on line back up. Seems to connect to account fine, but always get the following error, whenever i try to run a back up.

Any help or advice welcome, ac seem to find issue in forums

A couple of things, do you log on to your system or do you have an auto no password log on?

Check in Windows Services and see who the MMS service is attached to. Normally it is to an Acronis agent account, but you could try altering it to your log on account.

Also, check to see if your user name is in the backup operators group.

Make sure the MMS service is running and set to auto.
