RAW Image lässt sich nicht wiederherstellen

Hallo,

Ich habe mir von einer alten Festplatte ein RAW Image angelegt, die Imagegröße ist auch 8GB groß, wie die Platte und es gab auch keine Fehlermeldungen während das Image erstellt wurde. Nun wollte ich das Image auf eine andere Platte zurückspielen, nur das klappt nicht. Das Zurückspielen dauert nur 2sek, ohne Fehlermeldungen und auf der Platte ist nichts drauf.

Das Dateisystem bzw. Betriebssystem ist uralt (kann auch nicht genau sagen was es ist) und kann auch mit nichts gelesen werden, deshalb hab ich es mit RAW versucht.

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help. 
If I correctly understood you, the recovery operation takes two seconds, and it stops with no errors and logs.
First of all, please make sure that on the computer with Acronis Agent installed Acronis Scheduler2 Service Startup Type is set to Automatic. Otherwise, please set it to Automatic yourself and reboot your computer.
Also I would recommend you to restart Acronis services:
* Go to Start -> Run -> services.msc
* Right-click on the following Acronis services, and click on Restart:
- Acronis Managed Machine Service;
- Acronis Remote Agent;
- Acronis Scheduler2 Service.
See if the issue remains. If the issue still persists, please download Acronis scheduler, which is a special utility to update the scheduler service. 

Extract the downloaded file, run install.bat and wait for the process to be completed. The utility will automatically update the service. Reboot the computer and re-create the task. The issue should be resolved. 

Please note that you can recover the archive using Acronis Bootable Media. Acronis Bootable Media uses another environment and will help to resolve the issue.
