Recovery for MS Exchange issue (services hanging?)
Hi guys,
Ever since installing Recovery for Exchange on our Exchange server 2 weeks ago, I've been having consistent issues with it.
It's set up do to do a full backup Saturday night, with incremental backups hourly (I dont know if that would cause issues or not). However it will only run a maximum of 12 times (usually less) before the incremental backups stop. And if I attempt to connect to the console, it'll pop up with the 'Processing, Please Wait' popup which runs perpetually until I end the program in Task Manager.
The only way I can get into the console again is to restart the services, which also starts the backups running again.
Has anyone else come across this?
(Also, why is it that despite being supported, I can't log a support call for Recovery for Exchange? The only options are to browse the knowledge base and try the forums. Surely there should be proper support for this?)
