REmote Install completes but no agent runnning

Using Backup & Recovery 10 build 10.0.11345

We have several problems. The main problem si that when we do remote installs of the Acronis Management Console, the install seems to complete successfully but there is no acronis agent or scheduler service running on the remote PC after the installation. It does not even appear listed in the services so I can't even start these services manually.

This problem has happened on both XP and Windows 7 PCs.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately due to the lack of investigation information it is difficult to identify the case, so could you please kindly do the following? 

  1. Please obtain Acronis Info
  2. MSI log

After that please contact support directly and tell me the case number - I would like to make sure that it is handled in a proper way.
