Hello,
I am looking to learn how to transfer licenses can be active license server acronis backup & recovery 10 on another server acronis backuop & recovery 11.
The old server must be stopped.

If I understood you correctly, if you want to move licenses from one license server to another, you can export them as xml on the old serer and import on the new one, then specify the new license server (in 'help->change license' dialog) on all machines that used the old license server.
