restore on dl380 g6 keeps running(30 hours)

Thread needs solution

We made a backup of a server(NEC) with acronis backup & restore 10 (build 12497).
now we try too restore the image with universal restore too a new HP dl380 G6.
we made 2 arrays one of 2 disk(mirror) an seconds array 3 disk (raid 5).

first issue when we use restore disk we cant make network connection because option grayed out.
then we copied image too usb disk. we see the usb disk but when we restore disk the restore keeps running but we see no progress or indication. we left it running for 30 hours but still no luck.

does someone have a solution?

It's hard to say for sure due to the lack of diagnostic information, but it looks like the issue caused by the conflict between Acronis loader and computer hardware. The best way to have it solved is to obtain the updated bootable media. Please download it from your account, burn it onto the CD, and check whether the issue persists.

Should it remain, please gather Acronis Linux Report and submit a support request with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
