Secure Zone not self managing

Hi,
I'm running the latest version of Backup & Recovery 11 and i thought that the Secure Zone managed itself but it isn't on the install I've got.
I have enough space to fit at least 4 backups in the secure zone but when it gets to the backup on the 5th week it fails saying there is not enough free space I was under the impression that it should overwrite the oldest backup copy. Can anyone help please.

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient investigation information it's hard to localize the exact cause, so the situation requires investigation. Please gather: 

  1. Acronis Info
  2. Screenshots of all backup settings
  3. Exact sequence of steps performed
