task freeze into "running" state

Thread needs solution

Hi,
Since a loss of one of my Storage node, a task is still running (17%) on my Management Server ABR 10 and I can't stop it. If I connect directly on the machine, I can see 0 running task on it. I see it only on my Management Server ABR 10 and no other backup can be done for this machine.
Any idea to stop this running task ?

This is a Scheduler glitch: one of the tasks got stuck in the registry. Please perform the following actions to resolve the problem:

  1. Download Acronis Scheduler Manager. Open command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd); run schedmgr.exe and issue the following command:
    task zap
    This will erase all traces of the tasks.
  2. Update Scheduler as mentioned in this article
  3. Reboot the machine
  4. Recreate the tasks

Should it persist, please gather Acronis Info from machine in quesiton. After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.

It seems that the case 13242 is the same as mine.
I can't contact support because my license product is registered in your system for my collegue who is actually in holidays.
Could you tell me how I can contact support without register my products ?

Running into the same issue on my Acronis Management server. Acronis support has me running in circles with no result. have you found a solution to this problem.

What I do when the problem has occured, I removed the machine from the console Acronis and I add it. It have fixed the problem !
