Tower of Hanoi Cleanups not deleting old archives

Thread needs solution

ABR10 Workstation 10.0.11639 Tower of Hanoi 5 levels has been running for two months without deleting the old archives. Four full archives have been kept with all the Differential and some Incremental archives. The cleanups appear to run normally and terminate without errors. What is wrong?

The archives are password protected.

This issue could've been caused by several reasons. Unfortunately due to the lack of diagnostic information it is hard to identify the exact cause, so I would appreciate if you could provide me with the following data:

  1. Acronis Info
  2. Exact sequence of steps performed
  3. What happens when you try to run CleanUp task manually

1. AcronisInfo File attached to PM.
2. There are no manual steps performed. The backups are running automatically.
3. The CleanUp Task runs to completion without deleting any archive files from the vault and with no errors reported.

How many Full backups should a 5 level HOT scheme keep?

I'm sorry to know that the issue persists. I've checked our internal resources and found out that Clean Up task issue was resolved in the latest 12457 build. Could you please kindly install it after downloading from your account, Name backup files using the archive name, as in Acronis True Image Echo, rather than auto-generated names (see User's Guide p. 124) and check whether the issue persists?

Should it remain, please regather Acronis Info, backup settings screenshots and how Cleanup task proceeds if started manually.

I'm facing the same issue with ABR 11.5.32308. Only difference is that clean up job usually never ends or takes really while to end (e.g. 9 hours). However in any case nothing is cleaned up. Is there any solution available? Should I send you Acronis info?
