Unable to access tape drive, error: 0X0027001F
Hi,
OS: Windows 2003 R2
Tape Drive: IBM ULT3580-TD3
I'm trying to ABR 10 to back-up to the tape drive but unable to get pass the Tape Drive Credentials. I tried using the ABR User account login and password, and also the IBM tape management username and password, but still no go.
When I try to refresh tape vault connection it is unable to detect the tape drive and gives out this error code instead.
0X009A000D+0X009A000D+0X0027003B+0X009A000D+0X0027001F
Cant find any error code resolution on the KB center.
Backup exec has already been uninstalled.
Any Ideas?

Hello JohnS!
Thank you for finding time to join us and report about the issue! I understand your concern and will be glad to assist you.
It's hard to say for sure, but it looks like some RSM glitch. I would advise you to delete the tape vault, rebuild RSM and recreate the vault - it may help to resolve the problem.
