Unable to connect to a network NAS to perform a restore

Thread needs solution

Why is it that I'm able to backup to a network NAS but unable to connect to the same NAS using the Acronis Recovery Disk to perform a restore.
I can always put the image on an external drive and perform the restore from that, but I would much prefer not to have to do that.

Any help or clarification would be appreciated.

Thank you for posting. I will do my best to help you with this issue.

If I understood correctly you can access the NAS using ABR10 in Windows and cannot access from it the recovery media?

I would recommend the following course of action to get it resolved:

1. Boot from the bootable media and try to connect the NAS.

2. After attempting to connect to the NAS a few times please collect this report from the bootable media.

3. Contact our Support team directly with the report so that we can investigate and resolve this issue.
