Unable to contact support.

Thread needs solution

Hello,

This is my last resort in contacting someone at Acronis.

My online account shows the registered Acronis products, yet wont let me raise any support query, the live chat option cut me off and I can't reconnect.

I urgently need to find a telephone number and or an email address where I can make contact with an Acronis agent.

Can anyone suggest options here as we're stuck at the moment.

I was able to find your serial number under a different e-mail account than the one used here in our forum. I was also able to find your opened case in our system and one of our support representatives is working on it right now.

Should you experience any delays with the case, please let me know.
