Hi Everybody, can you help me?. I need to uninstall an Acronis Backup & recovery 11 Linux Agent, i have install the agent in a Red Hat Enterprise server, could help me with the command?.

Just have a look at the installation guide under 5.1.2:

To uninstall all components of Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Do the following as the root user:
1. Run the following commands to uninstall Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 components:
# /usr/lib/Acronis/BackupAndRecovery/uninstall/uninstall
# /usr/lib/Acronis/BootableComponents/uninstall/uninstall
# /usr/lib/Acronis/BackupAndRecoveryConsole/uninstall/uninstall

2. Run the following command to delete the source files of the SnapAPI module:
# rm -rf /usr/src/snapapi*

To uninstall all components in the unattended mode, run each of the ./uninstall commands with the -a parameter.

Firstly, I wanted to uninstall Acronis True image home 2012.
You used to get these guys on the phone but no more.
Hey, I'd be willing to pay.
The instructions to do this are not there.
The guy on chat talked about a deinstaller tool-good luck with these guys- the chat is very long and poor.

Now they said my help had expired so I had the bright idea of buying the upgrade.

Ok , I bought the true image 2013 upgrade but then they said I had to buy the True image 2013.
I did this.

So now I have two 2013 upgrades (one too many) and one full 2013 True Image.

I have the emails they sent me but they don't tell you how to install.

This is very close to unethical.

I guess I just want to get my 2012 uninstalled and get my money back.
These guys are bad.
I will dispute it with Amex.

Any suggestions?
