Universal Restore to a SATA HDD failed: BSOD
Hi I made an image for a friend on my Laptop SATA Hard drive.
When I resoted it on his laptop SATA hard drive, the restore process stated 2 drivers near the end of completion that couldnt be found.
Ignored them.
So i went to load the new XP on his system and got the bluescreen of death on boot up
So after pain and agony I realised that his bios had SATA set to enhanced, so i changed it to compatible.
So i started again. Restored the image through Universal Restore. But once again i got the drivers could not be found.
Ingnored them.
This time it loaded into windows but just locked up just before the XP welcome screen.
What am I doing wrong.
Ive universally retored images fine on other computers, any ideas??????
