Updated with ABR11S_17440_en-US.exe and 'Cannot connect to Localhost'

Thread needs solution

1.) I could not use my software due to a 'Acronis Managed Machine Service is Unavailable' error.

2.) Downloaded and installed ABR11S_17440_en-US.exe

3.) Now I cannot start the software at all. - Cannot connect to 'localhost'

Tried restarting 'Acronis Managed Machine Service' . it restarts, then stops after a couple seconds.

Searched here and found nothing. Thanks for any help.

I followed the steps at https://kb.acronis.com/content/30848

But same error as above. The steps say to delete logcontexts and logevents at acronis managed machine service for win server 2008 at C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\ found those and deleted, but the steps also say to delete from acronis storage node at C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\ASN\ I don't not have a ASN folder.
