Upgrade from Workstation 9.1 To Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 Workstation

Thread needs solution

Here's the problem:
I purchased a new Win7 Pro PC and tried to install my True Image Workstation 9.1 software. After getting by the signed certificate error, the app was still blocked and I determined that my 9.1 is not supported in Win7.
So, I installed the Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 Workstation thinking this was the upgrade path, BUT, it is unable to see my existing backup files (.tib).
What am I supposed to do?

Where exactly it doesn't see old archives?
If it is 'recover' window where you select location, right part will not show anything. You need to select the folder, press 'ok' and then you will need to press 'refresh' button in order to regenerate meta files.

After waiting an hour and a half for it to "Refresh", I gave up. I spent $500 for the online backup a year ago and I don't think it ever completed a single backup successfully. I've used the the True Image Workstation 9.1 software since '06 and love it, but if this is the "New" Acronis, then I"m done. The program runs like I"m using a 9600 baud modem. So sad.
