Vault Data View shows "There are no items to show in this view"
Vault Data View shows "There are no items to show in this view". Archive view shows backups correctly, I have sucessfully validated the backup. Why does the Data view not work?

I am having this problem also, on a new install of ABR11 Adv, b17318 on a Windows 2000 SP4 domain controller. Installation went well, once I navigated around the known installation error code 013795831, and created a user account manually. Note to support: Although I really appreciated the useful KB article link upon hitting this error, it would've been much more helpful if it had been included along with the downloaded binaries & guide docs.
As far as I can tell at this point, everything is working as it should, except when I select 'New - Backup Plan - Items to back up - Disks/Volumes', which then displays an empty right frame where my volume selections should appear. I can select Files and view all local drives (as noted in the preceding post) but this does not create a 'bare metal' recovery image, and is a more time consuming backup process, per the manual.
I've checked all services and everything appears as it should:
(4) Acronis services are started:
Managed Machine Svc
Remote Agent Svc
Removable Storage Management Svc
Scheduler2 Svc).
Related dependancy services also started are:
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
Protected Storage
Windows Management Instrumentation
I'm probably going to open a case later today, but if anyone has suggestions I'd welcome any leads. Thanks in advance!
Post-submission note: I just realized that this may not be the proper thread to post this problem in, although my issue's symptoms (Backup view) are closely related to the thread's (Vault view).

FYI: I just received a reply in another thread which I'm pleased to say, has resolved this issue.
