Replication resiliency query

Hello,
we are seriously looking at vmProtect due to its list of features, but we were wondering how resilient the replication is? If the link drops off half way through replication does it seamlessly pick up where it left off? If anyone has some experience in this regard that would be good to hear about. I have looked through the documentation but cannot find an answer to how replication problems are handled.
