Problem with adding functional SMB-share as location (Backup destination)

Thread needs solution

We try to add another backup destination, because the space of our current one is running out.

We already double checked the SMB via Windows explorer (from the same machine where acronis runs on and from another machine)

With Windows explorer it works, just Acronis is not having it.

It is interesting, that before throwing the error, Acronis does recognize the \backups folder, but even trying to get to that folder directly gives the error

 

We get the following error:

 

Cannot connect to the machine where backup destination '\\192.168.114.114\' is located. The machine may be offline or is experiencing communication problems due to a network error or lock-up.
