incomplete recovery

Thread needs solution

Hi,
Acronis Backup version 12.5 has an incomplete recovery job.
I want to cancel this task completely.

Welcome to Acronis forums!

There could be various reasons for a stuck activity such as broken sync between Agent and AMS, issues on AMS or Virtual Appliance (Acronis Agent for VMware), etc.

As a temporary workaround, please stop the VM with Virtual Appliance (Acronis Agent for VMware) and then start it.

I recommend that you collect Acronis System Information from Virtual Appliance (Acronis Agent for VMware) machine and share it with Acronis Support Team for issue investigation.
