Problem with backup of only one of seventy clients

Thread needs solution

Hello,

 

We have 70 Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 and we have no issues since October 2020. One of the clients can't be backed up since then. Only this PC has this issue and I am very frustated why only this computer has this problem. It is Windows 7 Pro x86 bit, Domain member. I receive following error :

Windows error: (0x80070079) The semaphore timeout period has expired

I have tried all solutions found in google without success - VSS doctor from Acronis, clean boot, registry fix, authenticaiton(tried with another administrator user), local backup without success. 

Does anyone had this issue ? I am trying to fix this since October without success !

I have already read this article, but I don't find solution on it.

Both Microsoft articles are not found...  

I have tried to backup on local drive, again the same error.

Sorry to know the issue is still there!
Here is a discussion of another forum dealing with a similar issue Cannot create snapshots The semaphore timeout period has expired. which might be helpful. Alternatively, we recommend contacting Microsoft directly to solve issues with VSS.
