Hello Peter,
we tried only form console. The activity log is completely empty...
And we wanted to restore it to the same machine

Hello Károly!
An empty error message doesn't give many ideas to go on. It's probably worth collecting system information and contact support regarding the empty log, maybe they have some ideas about that, or at least noted as a bug.
Meanwhile try restoring with a bootable media. We will know more after that.

Hello Karoly,
thank you for posting on Acronis forums!
The empty activity log is a normal situation: the target machine reboots into a Linux-based or WinPE environment and Management Console stops receiving logs from the Agent.
Karoly, have you checked the target machine? Have the disks been restored? What happens with the target machine at that moment? Do you see any error messages there?

I have already said that I restored it on site with a USB.
But this is not normal behavior, that I would like to restore on the network, but it does not work.
And I don't think the empty log file is normal either, this is a bug that needs to be fixed in the next version.

Hello Karoly.
The recovery logs of the machine booted with a recovery media are not passed to the Management Server by design. That is what I called the normal situation.
The restore failure should be investigated. That is why I asked you about the behavior of the target machine (on-side) during that restore process: what happened to this machine and were there any error messages displayed.
