Servers are BSOD with the cause being IMAGE_NAME: DeviceLockDllDrv0.SYS

Thread needs solution

I've got 2 servers now, different tenants with the same BSOD cause.

IMAGE_NAME:  DeviceLockDllDrv0.SYS

We only use Acronis Cloud Backup (legacy) so I'm not sure if this is the same Acronis agent used for the Cyber Protect (I suspect it is).

I can see there is a DeviceLock service running which is part of Acronis.

Hello,

Welcome to Acronis forums!

Please note that BSOD issues should be investigated by support engineers. Thus, we recommend that you open a case with Acronis Support Team.

You will need to reproduce the issue and collect the kernel dump

It is recommended to collect a full memory dump to investigate the problem. Please be aware that the dump size can be large: its size is about the size of RAM memory used. Please check that you have enough free space on the volume where the memory dump should be created (by default it is a system volume).

After the dump is collected, please also collect a system report from the affected server.
