Hi guys,

Some computers have problems running the backup plan. The console displays the message "Request to the cloud platform failed because the agent is not registered".

Any idea why this is happening?

sorry for the delayed response! I'd try registering the Agent manually with instructions from https://kb.acronis.com/content/55244. If the issue persist after that, please open a support ticket for the more in-depth investigation with the help of Acronis engineers.
