can't mount backups?

I have tried instructions on

However, using File Explorer in Win11 x64 Pro does not work.  I just get a blank screen.  See the Snapshot attached.

Can you open the same archive on a different machine, or browse through AMS console?

The files show up just fine under IE or Cygwin (a Unix shell) or on the Acronis Console.
