Have you tried the suggested steps in this related KB yet? https://kb.acronis.com/content/61704

I've tried this, success but only can make a new plan, can't running if modify the active plan

I also dont want to change plan - I want to allways incremental.
So i changed block format to 64 as mentioned in article and I hope it helps. Should be less fragmented.
But anyway I have no problem a few years and after upgrade, i have a few times. That means that the new version manages this in the worse way. And during the next few days I will not be sure of backups.
