ATI cloning 1h to read Source HDD, chrashing with Kernel Panic, when booting from USB Stick; Last Version i will have bought

i bought earlier this Year ATI 2021, because, i do not want a sub. License.
Now i struggeled with some Cloning of HDDs, for which ATI took over 1h to read a HDD (under Windows) or it chrashes with Kernal Panic when booting from USB.

When selecting exclude files, it needs another 30min to read, and 1h to go back to the Finish button.

How strange is that, 3hours before starting to clone the Drive.

When i used to boot it from USB, it did on one Machine not find the Controller or it chrashes with Kernel Panic.

I saw today, that the Support for ATI has ended in August, like 12 Months after release. Because you went all in on Cyber Subscriptions.

I was a happy Acronis user for more then 20 years, and i will not continue to recommend or buy Acronis Software.
Ending Support around 12 months after release, and not providing further Support for a not so cheap software is not acceptable.
Be happy with you Sub. Sales. I will not tolerate this an will move away from Acronis

Having bought a Software that was like out of Maintance Support when you still sell keys for it, is like Ripping of

Customers. You have done this now once to me, but it will not happen again

This will be one of my first and last Postings here in the Support Forums.

Had i know before that ATI 2021 is that buggy, i would not have upgraded to the last Full Version 2021 at all.
