Backup not being scheduled

Thread needs solution

I have 3 disks in a workstation all set up with the same incremental backup scheme, all set to back up once a month on every first Saturday but at different times and to the same location.

However, 1 of the 3 will not run on its schedule, and shows as 'Next backup: Not scheduled' no matter what I set the schedule to.

The other 2 run fine, no matter what I set the schedule to.

All 3 block devices are different makes/models (1 M.2 NVMe SSD, 1 SATA SSD, 1 SATA HDD), so it's not a case of the software having any confusion between them.

The one that won't run on schedule runs fine manually via the 'Back up now' button in the UI.

Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office, Build 40173 but this has persisted for many months.

What Scheme is set for the backup task?  The Activity screenshot suggests that this backup is using a Single version Scheme in which case the backup will only run manually.

The activity is all manual runs, on the months where I remembered before disconnecting the backup drive the morning after the monthly ran on the other 2 disks.

It's not single version, it's a Custom scheme to run a Full backup and keep no more than 2 recent versions.

It's the same as the backup of the C: drive which runs perfectly every time, set for a few hours earlier.

Topinio, let me make a suggestion for gathering some information...

Download the MVP Assistant application (link below in my signature). It's a zip file and you can just place it in a folder to run from.

Run it as Administrator. In the Settings section on the Acronis Configuration tab, download the Acronis Scheduler Manager. Then, go to the Acronis Configuration page and look at the three tasks. You will be able to see a summary, a copy of the Acronis script file for the task and the Scheduler Manager data for the task. I suspect some differences may be detected.
