Backup Recovery failed

I am currently trying to recover a backup into a HyperV VM. Ive created the backup with bootable media on device A and validated that a second time on device B with Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office. The Validation succeeded without any error. The Backup is located on a SATA-SSD that is connected with a usb-adapter (on both devices) and unmounted on device B for the implementation in HyperV. After ive created the vhdx drives and added them to the VM, ive started the recovery but it fails with the following error message that i pulled out of the log.

I have done restores to Virtual Machines using Acronis bootable media (as .ISO images in a virtual CD/DVD drive) but decided not to use this approach as found it much faster to just use a synchronisation program to copy the whole VM folder to my external storage drive and restore the same by reversing the copy when needed.

I mainly use Hyper-V VM's these days rather than using VMware but the principle remains the same.

Note: I have never had much success with using USB drives with Hyper-V VM's so when I have done Acronis backups or recovery for this type of VM, then I have normally created a separate storage virtual disk or else used my NAS storage for holding the backup image.

You could try copying the MeinBackup.tibx archive to a new virtual disk on another VM then connecting that disk to the one where you are trying to perform the restore.

I think the precise circumstances werent entirely clear yet by my description.
Unfortunately i cant use another drive since i dont have any that would fit the backup. Since that SSD is in a external case i could also remove it and connect it by using the SATA interface if really necessary.
The next thing is that the backup consists of 6 disks and not just 1. So i originally thought i create 1 big vhdx, attach it to the hyper-v VM and then upon restoring the backup with acronis it would partition everything as it requires but thats unfortunately not the case. Other than that i even had issues with creating the backup on the old device, where i formatted the destination drive and plugged it in the mainboard rather than the case usb ports. For some reason it worked then. Prior to that it did say that it cant access the destination drive or something like that. At work ive never had such error. Just the faulty sector error and solved it by using the skip faulty sector feature. I will try what Acronis suggested and see how things work out. Thanks in Advance :)
