BSOD - volume_tracker.sys/volsnap.sys causing driver conflicts

Thread needs solution

Hello - My most recent version of Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office Essentials is creating BSOD any time the backups begin. Dell's Support Assist found the issue. I uninstalled ACPHOE and the issue vanished.

I would like to use ACPHOE on this PC (Dell 7071 - Windows 11 Pro - 64GB ram, i9, 2TB - M.2, 1TB - 2.5" SSD, 2TB - 2.5" SSD). If anyone can provide a remedy to this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you in advance.
