Can't Not sign In

Thread needs solution

I recently bought Acronis Cyber Protect, installed it and all I get is this..[see pic] already had an account and tried everything to sign in and still does not work

First, please check that you are signing in with your Acronis Account where your subscription for ACPHO has been registered.

Next, check that you are not using either a VPN or Proxy server for your internet connection as there are known issues with accessing Acronis servers from behind such protection.

If you still have an issue, then I would recommend opening a support ticket direct with Acronis support as they are the only people who can check that your Account credentials are correct and check for any issues on their side of the cloud connection.
