I have a perpetual 2021 license, but now can't use Acronis because it tells me : Your Acronis True Image 2021 trial has expire.
Can any one help please?
I have an Acronis True Image 2021 Perpetual License.
Tonight when trying to access Acronis I got a popup saying that my 2021 Trial has expired and I need to Sign Out or Enter serial number..
Ok, I'm up for a challenge, so....
I logged in to My Acronis Account and copied my License key into the clip board and then pasted it into the "Enter Serial Number" field.
After entering my Serial number the Activation screen wants me to input my old serial number.
No matter what I put into the old serial number field,
My current lic or my 2015 lic I get the same error. "The serial number is not valid for True Image 2021".
I then went to my Acronis Account Products page and tried to go to the Dashboard, it won't let me in as it asks for a username and password. I put in my account name and password and it tells me my password is incorrect. I get a prompt for forgotten password, but the account login name EMail address I'm using I nolonger have access to.
So I go to my account and then to Profile to change my EMail address, but I can't change to my current email address as I get an error that tells me that the EMail address I've been using for over 25 years is already taken.
So I go to the Chat Bot to try and sort out my license..... What a waste of time that was because the chat bot only has programmed responses and there is nothing about a perpetual license expiring.
So I tried "Chat to a Human"... I fill in the request form and then......you get a new screen that says " Thanks for providing details of your request". then nothing, no chat, nothing.
As you can imagine, after this run around for over 2 hours I'm a little frustrated.
