Licensing problem

Thread needs solution

Bought one copy for my machine.

Bought second copy for spouse machine

Second copy thinks that it is a duplicate registration on original machine.  Try to uninstall/reinstall

CANNOT UNINSTALL!!!
When I try to uninstall, web page pops iup, asks why. Answer all question. then, uninstall fails

Under your email, there's actually 1 license, but it works for 1 machine (Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office 1 Computer Advanced 250 GB Cloud).

If you have a second license, please register that license in the account, and after that, you will be able to use the key.

Regarding the uninstallation, please follow the instructions in this KB: https://kb.acronis.com/content/48668.

If there are any issues with incorrect licenses, you need to contact support at https://support.acronis.com.
