Acronis cloud is full error for new backup showing 2.9 TB available

Thread needs solution

I updated to ACP HO over the weekend to 5 devices, and expanded the cloud option to 3 TB. All of my backups are failing with "Acronis Cloud is full", with the backup screen showing 2.9TB of 3 TB free. After rebuilding the backups and restarting - same error(s).

I created a ticket, but so far no response.
