Backup on cloud periodically fails with Error 0x40019 and 0x13c0005

Hi,

I have Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office build 39703.

I configured a backup of C:\Users\UserName\Desktop, Documents, Images on AcronisCloud. Most of the time it works, but periodically I get those error notifications (they're in italian):

When it doesn't work, I get 6 mail of the same backup with the same errors. The backup usually doesn't work for 4/5/6 days, then it starts to work on its own.

I configured a backup of the same folders on a NAS, this one always work. Both backups run everyday.

I always had this problem, since installation, also with old Acronis versions. I have deleted and reconfigured the backup but nothing changed.

Can someone help me?

I can only recommend that you raise this issue direct with Acronis support as they have access to their server systems and logs to know if there were any outages at the time of the errors you are seeing??
