Unable To Create A Share Link for A Folder In Acronis Cloud Backup

Every time I try to create a 'Share Link' for any folder or file in my backups in the cloud I get the following error message:-

"Internal server error

To resolve the error, contact support with the error details:

f17eb0457e3bf3fc9434 01-
31T13:15:16 cloud-wreu1.
acronis.com"

Before I try contacting support, I was just wondering if there is a simple solution to my issue?

I'm using 'Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office' Build 39703, which I believe is the latest.

Graham, sorry but for this type of Cloud server issue / web control panel issue you will need to open a Support case with Acronis and let them help you.

I personally have not seen this issue reported in the forums nor encountered the same myself though I do not create shared links to cloud content in the Acronis Cloud.
