URGENT - Can't download files from cloud backup

Hello,

I have around 20GBs of files in my cloud and I cannot download them at all. My hard drive failed so I need to recover them asap.

If I try to download the folder from Acronis (web), the download begins but it is very slow and after some time I get a connection error, but my internet connection is doing perfectly fine.

If I try to recover those files from the acronis app, I get an endless loading that doesn't take me anywhere.

It seems like there is no way for me to download the files from the cloud, which ironically is the whole point of why I got Acronis. What is going on??

Giuse, welcome to these public User Forums.

I can only recommend opening a Support case direct with Acronis for issues related to files stored in their Cloud servers.

One option coming with the latest new version of ACPHO is a separate Cloud download tool but am not sure if this is only for Disks & Partitions backups or if it will let users download Files & Folders backups too?
