Acronis OS Selector can't activate

We've installed Acronis OS selector on a HP ProBook 4720 and it's function....
Next we installed a image of this on a second HP ProBook 4720 but there we dont can activate it....

We want to have 4 diffrent windows on it, on the first PC it's function..... what can we do?

Was the image an Entire Disk Image or did you restore the partitions separately?

What versions of TI and DD are you using?

On the second HP, does no OS boot or is OSS not letting any OS boot? Have you manually booted into the Windows with OSS installed so you could reactivate it (assuming you're using DD 11)?

I upgraded to Windows 8.1; when I try to use the Acronis OS Selector I get a message the 'The OS Selector must be activated". It give no other explanation.
So where do I activate the the OS Selector?
