Advanced Workstation not supporting drives over 3TB

So I bought Disk Director 11 Advanced workstation a while ago, and I was running into an issue of it not supporting drives over 3TB in size. I had been told a new update would be made available once the issue was fixed, it has now been over two years since purchase and I have not seen an update posted since 2011. My support contract expired in 2012.

Has acronis fixed this problem, or is this a issue they are neglecting to address?
